DTS FRESHMAN CLASS: PROSPERING

Introducing the Ultimate Wingman and king of Fortnite Duos to the DTS Freshman Class – Prospering. He took up battle royale games with PUBG before switching over to Fortnite and currently holds the win record for duos play! If you need a teammate to carry you to the victory royale, this is your guy! 

Intro

I’m from Savannah, Georgia and have been gaming for as long as I can remember. What got me into gaming was my family. My parents never lived with each other so I had brothers and sisters on each side. I’ve stayed with my mom all my life and my first system was the NES. My favorite game on there was Duck Hunt and it’s crazy to think with the technology we had back then that we were able to have a controller that points at the screen and shoots birds out the air when you point at them. I could remember playing that and grinding Mario Kart 64 with my mom. I can still remember her doing the motions in person by turning left and right while turning on the actual game even though it didn’t work like that. Any time I would go to my dad house I would also be gaming with my brothers and cousins. By that time the SNES was out so I remember playing a lot of Super Mario World 3 and being introduced to Yoshi. From there I went on to playing just about every system that came out due to my brothers being gamers and just have been in love with gaming ever since. 

What game(s) do you play?

Right now, I play Fortnite, Warzone, and Valorant but you will more than likely only find me on Fortnite. Warzone is basically another PUBG, Valorant is basically another CSGO, but the uniqueness of Fortnite is what keeps me highly interested. The game is just extremely fun to me.

What’s your favorite movie? Favorite song/artist?

My favorite movie of all time is probably “The Notebook”. I say this because I find it hard for me to get emotional over a movie because I understand its actors playing a role, but watching this movie actually made me cry so it’s been special to me ever since. I go through phases of favorite songs because songs resonate differently with me depending on what’s going on in my life, but right now my favorite has to be “I Believe by Yolanda Adams”.

How does it feel to be part of the DTS Freshman Class of streamers, and what are you looking forward to most?

I feel extremely blessed and grateful to be a part of the DTS Freshman Class of streamers. Ever since meeting the DTS team, they have done nothing less than just treat me with respect and kindness and I’m so thankful for them. What i’m looking forward to most is probably just further establishing the relationship I have with DTS.

When you’re not gaming, what do you like to do for fun?

When I’m not gaming I’m usually sorting through videos for clips for other socials and watching streams. I game/stream every day for long hours so I don’t do much outside of gaming besides sleep. I am looking to pick up fitness training to do for fun though.

If you could have any superpower, what would you pick and why?

If I could have any superpower it would probably be something to help discover passion. One of the hardest things in life I believe is finding what you love to do and making time to pursue it.
