DTS Back to School Charity Stream Featuring ChelseaBytes Raises Funds for Girls Who Code

This fall as students returned to their laptops and leisure hours were filled with homework on their screens, DTS partnered with DTS Freshman Class streamer ChelseaBytes to host a weeklong charity stream supporting Girls Who Code. To promote more women in STEM and support their education to create a more equitable workforce, DTS set a goal of raising $1,000 and the ChelseaBytes community surpassed the goal within 30 minutes of streaming. Overall, the community raised almost $8,000—breaking the record for the most DTS charity streams have fundraised to date!

Each day showcased various DTS technology giveaways featuring household brands such as VIZIO and ASUS. To kick off the stream, Chelsea demoed the DTS Sound Unbound app, where users can access DTS Headphone:X on Windows 10/11 and XBOX platforms. Following the demo, Chelsea unboxed the newly released VIZIO M-Series All-in-One Sound Bar and VIZIO M-Series Quantum 4K HDR Smart TV, featuring DTS Virtual:X. The last day concluded with the penultimate PC Build, featuring the ASUS TUF Gaming Z690-Plus WIFI D4 Motherboard. In response to the community’s unprecedented generosity, DTS gave away another VIZIO Sound Bar and ChelseaBytes executed a second PC Build a couple of weeks later.
